Twenty years of building, one thread: software that helps businesses sell. I started at the University of Informatics Sciences in Havana — graduated top-3 of my faculty with honors — then built ERP modules used by hundreds of companies across Ecuador, scheduling and automation systems for a fast-growing U.S. insurtech, and enterprise workflows at Doma.
In 2020 I co-founded Adjuster X and bootstrapped it to roughly $1M in annual revenue — no outside capital — serving 5,000+ insurance professionals across the U.S. Along the way, Smart Technologies Lab helped 100+ small businesses get online, showing me the same problem everywhere: attracting customers, managing transactions, and running operations takes ten fragmented tools.
