Three centuries of rum, made to order

A complete history of rum cocktails
The Cove's pioneering drink menu runs over 80 exotic and traditional recipes, both classic and modern — historic colonial tavern tipples, elegant drinks of Prohibition-era Havana, the greatest exotic cocktails of the tiki era, traditional Caribbean creations, and contemporary rum libations. Everything is built from premium spirits (including exclusive rums available nowhere else), house-made ingredients and liqueurs, and 100% fresh citrus juiced in-house daily. Even the most complex 8–12 ingredient exotic cocktails are made fresh to order and never batched.
