Skinny Louie took home Judges' Choice for the Best Burger at the 2025 Burger Bash — in both Miami and New York. In NYC, we were crowned champions with the Wagyu Louie: a double smashed patty with smoked gouda, truffle aioli and jalapeño relish. Simple menu, done right — and now with the trophies to prove it.
