From Employees Only to Swizzle: the crew with a stake in the bar

Familiar faces, with skin in the game.

Swizzle is owned and operated by the crew who ran Employees Only Miami at the Washington Park Hotel. Principal partner Danilo “Dacha” Bozovic — named one of the ten best bartenders in Miami by the Miami Times and the principal bartender who opened EO Miami — brought five members of that team on board as partners, each with an ownership stake in the bar's success. The partner roster: Nathan Torrance, Milos Velickovic, Jason Tune, Strahinja Marjanovic, Nikola Dragojevic and Bozovic himself.
