Swizzle Rum Bar & Drinkery

A rum museum that pours.

Swizzle is a hidden craft cocktail bar at The Stiles Hotel on Collins Avenue, built around the 18th century — the era when rum was enormously popular and the glory story of many. The back bar runs more than 150 rums deep, and the walls are lined with a mural and photographs tracing rum's history; the room is meant to be museum-like, and the bartenders give tours of it when they aren't too busy.

The list moves between classic and contemporary cocktails, spirit-forward drinks and tropical libations. The bar is owned and operated by familiar faces from Employees Only Miami, with principal partner Danilo “Dacha” Bozovic — named one of the ten best bartenders in Miami by the Miami Times — driving the program.
