Every weekday afternoon the Pink Paradise turns into a happy-hour spot. Cocktails — mojito, mimosa and sangría — are $8, wine by the glass is $7, and Corona, Peroni and Heineken run 2-for-1 at $8. Appetizers start at $6.50, from Keik hummus with pita bread to mozzarella sticks, yuca bites and chicken wings. It's dine in only, at the bar or at a table, at all three locations — Doral, Kendall and Pembroke Pines — and it runs until closing time: 9 PM Monday to Thursday, 10 PM on Friday. Not available on holidays; walk-ins welcome. All cocktails are crafted to order with quality ingredients and wine-based liquors, and gratuity is added for table service.
