Miami's Pink Paradise. Keik began as a Brickell bakeshop in March 2020 and grew into a full-service, all-day restaurant with three South Florida locations — Doral, Kendall and Pembroke Pines. Brunch, burgers, bowls, specialty coffee and cakes baked from scratch by the in-house pastry team, served in a pink-and-rose-gold dining room built for birthdays and celebrations. Founded by Venezuelan-American duo Wilfredo Ulacio and Alejandra Romero, and featured in Business Insider and Miami New Times.

Our story

A pastry chef's dream, painted pink

Keik opened in Brickell in March 2020 — in the middle of the pandemic — when Wilfredo Ulacio and Alejandra Romero decided to build something of their own. Both left Venezuela for the United States in 2015 and met working in a Miami kitchen, producing desserts for other restaurants. Wilfredo, whose passion for baking began in childhood, leads the menu and the signature pink concept; Alejandra runs the brand and day-to-day operations.

Today Keik is a full-service, all-day restaurant with three South Florida locations, serving brunch, burgers, specialty coffee and the now-viral cakes — baked from scratch by the in-house pastry team, in a pink-and-rose-gold dining room built for celebrations.
