Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 14 days before the experience starts. If there is bad weather on the day of your charter, it can be rescheduled for another day at no additional fee.

Yes. Children are welcome and are counted as passengers. Let the team know in advance so proper life vests and equipment are on board.

A 15–18% gratuity is automatically added to your total: 15% on yachts 39 ft and below, 18% on yachts 40 ft and above. It is shared among the staff who support your charter — captains, stewards, mates, waitstaff and housekeeping.

Payment is due 10 days before your charter date. Pay by credit or debit card (max $2,000), wire transfer, Zelle, cash, Bitcoin or Ethereum. Charters over $2,000 require a wire transfer or Zelle.

Yes — jet skis and a range of water toys can be added for an additional fee. Add them at least 48 hours before your charter, as they are coordinated with a third party.
