From 12pm until close on weekdays, with some items on the weekend. The B.L.A.T., Dash's Fried Chicken Sandwich with sweet n' hot pickles, the slow-braised Short Rib Sandwich, a chicken pesto wrap, the Halloumi Gyro, salads like the Crispy Quinoa Tuscan Kale, and shares — Gordal olives, guacamole, and fries (regular or truffle).

An espresso martini built on Little Collins espresso, the gin-and-cascara Little 'Collins', a Bloody Mary (or Maria), spritzes and mimosas, plus a whiskey sour with cardamaro and cascara and an Oaxaca old fashioned. Wines lean biodynamic, organic and sustainable; beers come from Talea, Hudson Valley, Evil Twin and Fat Orange Cat. Zero-proof: the St. Agrestis Phony Negroni and Unified Ferments teas.

The morning menu, served until 2pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. Two eggs any style (Too Easy), the B.E.C Sammie on a toasted potato bun, The Smash — avocado and feta on thick-cut multigrain with chili flakes, mint and pepitas — buttermilk pancakes with honeycomb and vanilla bean whipped cream, berries & cream French toast, shakshuka, Eggs Benny with house-cured salmon, bacon or mushroom, and breakfast burritos in chorizo or broccoli.

The espresso bar runs from macchiatos and piccolos to flat whites, mochas, chai lattes and the cafe bombon — with a babyccino for the smallest regulars. Single-origin pour-overs rotate through roasters like Counter Culture and Onyx Coffee Lab, alongside batch brew, cold brew, iced tea and the Buzzy Bloom (hibiscus berry iced tea with cold brew concentrate and cascara syrup). Loose leaf teas are brewed to order.
